Safia is a highly skilled massage therapist based at our Cromwell Road clinic in Cambridge. With a passion for helping clients recover, perform, and feel their best, she specialises in deep tissue massage, sports massage, and performance-focused treatments, working with everyone from office workers carrying chronic tension to athletes looking to optimise recovery and performance.
Safia holds a Level 3 qualification in Massage Therapy and a qualification in Performance Massage. She is currently furthering her training by studying towards her Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage Therapy.
Safia is fully insured by the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and takes a hands-on, tailored approach to treatment, helping clients reduce tension, improve mobility, and support long-term wellbeing.

Fantastic Swedish massage with Antonia
This was one of the best massages I have had over the 30 years of having them. I was very tight in many areas of my body and Antonia focused on what was the most needed and explained why I had the tension and how to avoid it going forward. I am definitely going back.

Excellent massage with Saphia
First time visiting Lucy Hall Massage, and won't be my last! Saphia was great - welcoming, professional and made the whole experience exceptional. The location is lovely, and Saphia made sure to ask about any particular areas to focus on. Having walked in with a painful shoulder, an hour later, it felt so much better.
